The choice of high-quality, reliable and perfect raw materials is the first step in an extensive quality management system. The suppliers of raw materials are chosen and carefully controlled according to quality, hygiene and safety requirements, stipulated by us. These clearly exceed the legal requirements. During production, laid down process and process overlapping control points guarantee a maximum amount of safety. Our Quality Management System is regularly controlled by neutral control institutions and fulfils among other things the requirements of the international and national standards like
- ISO 9001
- International Food Standard (IFS)
- British Retail Consortium Standard (BRC)
In addition, all finished products are controlled and neutrally judged by independent specialists.
