When Heinrich, Gustav, Oskar and Otto Nölke founded their sausage factory in 1924, they probably didn’t foresee that our enterprise would become one of the leading sausage manufacturers in Germany. Even though the dimensions have changed, the following is still the same:

The Nölke-Group consists of the two enterprise branches Heinrich Nölke and Frischdienst Union, which have extended their market position in the trade, with butchers and large consumers, utilising strong brands like Gutfried and Menzefricke.
